How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery: pay in cash when the parcel arrives. No card needed.
How long does delivery take?
Karachi: 2 working days. Other cities: 3 to 5 working days.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. We call or WhatsApp you on the number you enter at checkout before we send the parcel.
How can I track my order?
Open Track your order and type your order number and the mobile number you used at checkout. We also send you the PostEx tracking number on WhatsApp.
Can I get a replacement?
Yes, if your item arrives broken because of the rider. Message us within 2 days from the delivery day and send a video of you opening the parcel. We replace items; we do not give refunds. Faulty items and electrical items have no warranty. The customer pays the courier charge for the replacement parcel. See Replacement Policy.
