Who we are
Kuch Bhi Khareedo (“KBK”, “we”) is a small business in Karachi, Pakistan. You can reach us on WhatsApp (0331-8141832) or at our shop: Shop No. 5, opposite Sabeel Wali Masjid, Gurmandir, Karachi.
What we collect
When you place an order we ask for your name, mobile number, city, address and a nearest landmark. You can also give your email and a note for the order. We keep what you ordered and the order total. If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation.
Why we use it
- To confirm your order with you by call or WhatsApp.
- To pack and deliver your order.
- To tell you where your parcel is.
- To answer your questions and handle replacements.
- To keep our order records.
We do not sell your details.
Who we share it with
- Our courier, PostEx. To deliver your parcel we give PostEx your name, mobile number, address, city and the cash amount to collect.
- Our website host. This website and its order records are kept on the servers of our hosting provider.
- WhatsApp. We use WhatsApp to message you about your order.
We do not share your details with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Payment
We take Cash on Delivery only. We do not ask for or keep any card or bank details.
Cookies
Like most online shops, this website uses cookies it needs to work (for example to remember your cart and checkout) and cookies that tell us where a visit came from. We do not use them to follow you on other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep your order details for 5 to 7 years after your order. This is the usual time a business keeps its sales records. We need them to run your order, handle replacements and complaints, and keep our records. After that we delete them or remove your name, phone number and address from them.
Your choices
You can ask us on WhatsApp to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. We will do it unless we still need them for an open order or for our records.
